Liability exclusion
Medibridge is a technology platform that connects users with independent, licensed doctors, and independent pharmacy and diagnostic partners. All clinical decisions, prescriptions, diagnoses, dispensing, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the consulting doctor and third-party partners. Medibridge is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine.
Not for emergencies
Do not use Medibridge for medical emergencies. Call your local emergency number if you or someone you're with is in immediate danger.
Doctor obligations
Consulting doctors on Medibridge warrant that they hold a current MDCN (or equivalent) license, will practice within their scope, and accept full clinical liability for their patients on the platform.
Payments and refunds
Consultation fees are held by the platform on behalf of doctors and disbursed on the platform's payout schedule. E-commerce prices include a platform margin over the partner pharmacy's retail price.
Privacy
Medical records and consultation notes are end-to-end encrypted. Platform staff cannot view your PHI without explicit, audit-logged authorization required by law.
