End-to-end encryption
All medical data, patient records, and consultation notes in transit and at rest use end-to-end encryption protocols.
Internal access isolation
Platform staff, system admins, and developers are strictly restricted from viewing patient medical records or consultation data unless explicitly required by law and formally authorized via audit-logged permission procedures.
Medical record export
You can request an encrypted copy of your personal health record. To prevent identity theft, multi-factor identity verification is required before the file is generated and released.
Discreet packaging
Products associated with social stigma (HIV medications, STI treatments, birth control, condoms, etc.) are shipped in plain, unbranded, opaque outer packaging.
